One afternoon at the age of fifteen, my mom let me borrow her pocket-sized camera while visiting the Oregon coast. It only took a few hours for me to know what I wanted to pursue for the rest of my life, and by 2013 I graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography. While in school I did internships with ESPN, Quiksilver, DC Shoes, and Monster Children Magazine, and was accepted into the twenty-sixth annual Eddie Adams Workshop in New York.
I moved back to my home state of Oregon after spending six years in California. I started photo assisting, teaching photography classes at after-school programs, and photo retouching at Nike. Then from 2018 to 2021, I held the sole staff photographer position at the advertising agency Linden Collective, for whom I had the opportunity to fly the across the country photographing professional athletes.
Currently, I am a freelance photographer based in Portland. I hope you enjoy the pictures.
